Most camping spots are a little walk away from the restrooms, but the main building has a really nice little store with a small selection of essentials and some cute jewelry. They also serve smoothies, coffee, and some of the most moist and delicious blueberry scones I've ever had in my life! The restrooms are super nice and have showers and very warm water. The grass patches are super level and soft.

It's super close to the top of the creeper trail entrance, so it's perfect to ride your bike right from the campgrounds. There's also a Ike rental shop a few miles down the road, so if you don't want to haul your bikes up the mountain, it's a great and affordable option. They have another store at the base of the mountain, so you can just return them at the end of the trail.

This is the perfect location to stay to have an amazing Creeper trail experience. We rode the trail and loved it. The views at the campground are beautiful and the staff is great. Enjoyed the best cup of coffee I have ever had it made Starbucks look pathetic.

Campground itself was very good, however their communication was poor. They only communicate through online booking and email only, and I did not receive a confirmation email and I had to ask another local company to get them to contact me. Email communication would be fine if they replied in a timely manner. I'm sure they will retort and say they sent emails, but I looked through my ENTIRE email browser and found nothing. Whatever, just be aware and make sure you make positive contact after you book.

The camp sites are a little close & we happened to come on the same weekend two Boy Scout troops were here… but apart from that, we had an amazing time. The owners are very nice & accommodating. And the breakfast was AMAZING! We would come back just to eat! Scratch biscuits are the bomb. The store has anything you might have forgot.

Extremely clean. Best bathhouse and showers I've ever seen in my 40 years of camping. Breakfast was freshly made and very good. Campsites were large and easy to maneuver. On top of the mountain with great views. Wonderful experience. Would recommend to everyone.
