Stayed here with the family while attending an event on Lake Gaston. The entire time we were treated like royalty. The food was good. The staff was friendly. The room was exactly as advertised. The bowling at the fun center is top notch! We had a wonderful time!
Took my friends there to hopefully have some fun. Couldn’t say we did. The whole bowling alley is outdated. No A/C only about 5 fans. EXTREMELY high prices. The only thing I can say that was redeemable was the fact that the staff weren’t mean. I would never recommend this place. Biggest waste of money and time in my entire life.
Great management reasonable membership and the Family Fun Center & club house restaurant have excellent short orders and dinning
👍👍 tonight, the food was cooked up to par but help is needed as waiters.
Update: tonight, the soft season opening for the Latitudes restaurant was an experience 👌 to be invited as a management guest. New cook and bartender serve guests with respect and great customer service. Food was off the hook. Drinks serve to perfection.
Thanks David ....Marcus
The atmosphere is AMAZING, and perfect for coming off the lake for a bite to eat. The reasons I'm giving 3 stars is because the host seemed a bit annoyed when we mentioned to him the group number we had, like visibly annoyed EYEROLL and all, and one of our meals had a hair in it. The waitress and staff were quick to right the situation, and took half off the sandwich, and handled the situation humbly, but it still happened. Don't let this stop you from stopping in! They have great drink selections, and different decks/areas to hang out in. Very cool place to visit, and the other food we had was good!
Place needs a lot of work. Management has let it deteriorate over the last few years pretty bad. Refuses to groom any of the sites and remove some of the hazardous conditions, rotten decks, or picnic tables. The boat docks are so wobbly that you feel like you are in a fun house walking around. Not sure what they consider maintenance, but what they do is a far cry from it.
BTW, anyone that writes the glowing reviews is a friend or family of management. The members will not write such blasphemy.
Basically if you want to camp and visit friends, it is a good place because it is on the water. But DO NOT expect “Resort” conditions.
