Want to camp we got a pop-up
They were super awesome. We could be ok ourselves. I will definitely tell everyone to stay there. Affordable rates too
Really enjoy staying here. It's very quiet and quant. We stayed at the camp ground for 2 years in a row now. Steve is very nice and goes out of his way to accommodate you.
I took a temporary job in Wausa WI and had the pleasure of parking my RV and living at Cozy RV Park for 6 months. The owner Steve was great. He helped me get my RV set up and provided a safe, clean and comfortable RV Park. I would highly recommend Cozy Motel and RV Park if your passing thru Wisconsin Rapids and want to stop for a spell.

The manager, LUKE, unlawfully kicked out a tennant (who had prepaid for a full month - making them a TENNANT) 1 week into their stay without notice and REFUSED to refund for the prepaid days remaining in their financially contracted stay. The tennant broke no laws, was not disruptive and should have rightfully stayed. However the manager, LUKE, seemingly drunk on his own power, saw fit to steal roughly $600 from a disabled tennant, leaving them without any money to go anywhere else.
Cozy Inn's "No Refund" policy is simply a means to extort money from people.
I highly suggest avoiding this place, unless throwing money away and being taken advantage of is a favorite pastime.
It feels a little shady like this is the kind of motel that people down on their luck will live in as long term tenants. There are a few RV spots in the back. I stayed while passing through on an RV road trip in Sept 2019. The RV spots were all full but they fit us in between some buildings with an electric hookup. Felt a little weird being basically parked in their storage yard and the manager came off as a bit of a tweeker, but he was nice and accommodating and it was very inexpensive.
