I love this campground! The owner is a sweet lady and has some unique ideas for her guests, such as cherry tomato plants planted in a barrel for campers to pick. She even has herbs planted in a toilet (Clean of course, she’s goofy 🙂) outside the shower house that you are welcome to grab when you’re cooking. The showers and bathrooms were clean. We loved the peace and quiet and great rates. We will return.

Myself and my family stayed at bark and beaver campground. It was a very enjoyable experience. The Owner Vickie was an outstanding host. Vickie was very personable and friendly as well as helpful. The bathrooms and showers were kept up, I just loved the shower pressure 👏. The campsite are roomy as well as maintained well. The campground is off the beaten track exactly what we were looking for, but close to all three fun. When we return to Wisconsin for another round of kayaking we will be sure to return to bark and beaver. Thank you so much Vickie for making our stay so pleasant, also please a high five to kip for all his advice and conversation about the area, and the wood👍.

Rustic campground that has water & electric hook-ups. Dump station is available for additional $8. Some of the boxes and water hook-ups are a good distance from where you would park your camper so if you don't have a long hose or power cable, it will be challenging to hook-up. The owner was super nice. Bathroom looks older but was clean. Did not use the shower. There are 3 toilet stalls and 1 shower for women. Not sure what was available to men.

Place had good campsites, and was VERY reasonably priced. Owner lets her dogs roam.. I didn't mind at all, but if you have a pet, you should know this. you have to travel 2.5 miles of gravel to get there. We were on Motorcycles, so that would have been nice to know. But Quiet and nice.

Wonderful campsite, secluded and peaceful. Reasonably priced and the bathrooms are clean and well taken care of. If you're lucky, the campground dog, Kinney will pay you a visit. She's very sweet with beautiful blue eyes
