Coyote Howls West is the place to stay for those needing full hookups!
Coyote Howls West offers it guests water, electric, and sewer hookups. It has large and level sites that are easy to access. A beautifully landscaped park that offers some amazing sunsets and dark skies for those who love to stargaze.
Like it’s sister site (Coyote Howls East) the atmosphere is friendly and there is an abundant amount of things to do.
If you are interested in the local arts and culture, you are only ten minutes from Ajo, AZ, ten minutes from the Tohono O’odham Indian Nation and 30 minutes from Sonoyta, Sonora, Mexico!
In addition to the on-site amenities, Coyote Howls West patrons are welcome to use any and all of the amenities available in the Coyote Howls East park.
We stayed just one night. The Campground was booked so a second night was not possible. Place is nice. Smaller size sites. Clean. We did not use the facilities so no report on that. Staff was friendly and helpful.
This was our second choice as we could not stay in Ajo as planned...I never thought to ask if there were restrooms/showers, or any amenities ,which there aren't.i was lucky to finally find a trash can near the entrance... It is a small, neat place, close together sites with worn out picnic tables, no planting or anything but gravel. friendly on site host and the manager from CHEast checked us in,very nice people, but it was just a parking lot,and close enough to the highway ,no nature, noise, and kinda sad....we left after one night, despite paying for two... The campground at Organ Pipe Cactus Monument was way nicer!
We have been here for over a year now and we love it. It’s peaceful with great neighbors in the West Park. It’s a laid back atmosphere that is still attentive without being overbearing. The summertime season is incredible. The snowbird season is fine, too. Easygoing at Coyote Howls West.
WOW, I found this to be the best priced RV park in the Why/Ajo area!
With many activities! And beautiful scenery!
