After several years of being a repeat customer who also brings friends to stay here as well they decide to treat me as a common drive in short term customer and charged me over $700 for 17 days. That's more than I paid for a month during the last 6 years. So sad,so sorry. Coming here next year with 2 other rv'ers and will stay elsewhere. No concessions for past customers. Paid $400 incl elec at Sands RV and Golf Resort in Palm Desert last month. Far nicer park. It seems nobody here can make any concessions as owner seems to be not involved with any day to day dealings.

We love Bonita Mesa RV Resort!! We are first time snowbirds, researched lots and lots of Arizona and California RV Resorts and decided to winter at Bonita Mesa. And are we glad we did! The Resort is well maintained and managed. EVERYone who works here is friendly, engaged and super responsive. The folks who stay here truly become your friends. And there are lots of activities to keep you busy. You can be as engaged as you want, or just chill and do your own thing....either way, you'll have a top-notch experience. Thank you Bonita for a fantastic stay! We WILL be returning. đź‘Ť

Great rv part. Lots of space. Plently to do as long as you come in the winter. The part is pretty empty this time of year. Awesome pool and hot tub. And they allow pets.

This was our “home away from home” for the majority of the winter. Over the course of 15 years we have stayed at other RV parks in the area and Bonita Mesa is our favorite. Everyone is so friendly and considerate here. They have a very large and clean laundry room that doesn’t break the bank. The pool is large and always heated. There is plenty of room to lay out around the pool (although some of the lounge chairs have seen better days) it’s a very clean and well Maintained pool area and park in general. Staff and neighbors remember you and aways have a smiling face. The hot tub is always hot and it’s in a very convenient location with quick and easy access to Walmart and Interstate 8. They have events all winter long, shuffleboard, block parties in the street, a gym, and tennis courts. Sites are level and some have great shade trees. Full hookups and a cement pad to park our tow vehicle next to. Wifi is hit or miss and usually only works in the spots closest to the office. They also accept Good Sam. Highly recommend this RV park!

Very nicely laid out park with plenty to do and friendly welcoming residents. We spent 15 years as yearly residents and returned to rent for one season. There are no incentive deals for renters and we were told refunds were at the discretion of management. Unfortunately, we had to leave after 2 weeks because I was hospitalized. We were charged for one month plus administration fees. That’s fine but the rules should be made available with the contract and there are many deals out there. Buyer beware.
