About Campground

Located in Central Wisconsin, close to Wisconsin Dells, Deep Lake Campground is a vacation community with a mixture of RV sites, vacation rentals and year-round mobile home sites. Our secret gem is our lake. Deep Lake is a glacial, clean, clear water & no-wake lake. Only 35 acres in surface area but, reaching depths of up to 70' . Abundant with bass, northern pike, blue gills and crappies and with boat access only available to residents around the lake, it feels like the area's best kept secret.

Nightly camp sites with electrical, sewer, water, fire pits and picnic tables. Our check in time is 3pm and check out is 1pm. We require a one night, non refundable, holding fee. Please refer to “Policies” at the bottom of the page, for our park rules.

Modern facilities, clean restrooms and free HOT showers! Laundry facilities, game room, beach, various boat rentals, playground, horseshoe pit and of course, great fishing.

Deep Lake offers some of the clearest, cleanest water for swimming. The videos on our home page were taken in mid-September and you can see that the water is clear even in late season, when most other lakes are thick with algae blooms. One dip and you will be hooked!

We offer one of the nicer places to relax and enjoy a camping experience. We are open April 15th - October 15th, weather permitting. Overnight sites are available until October 10th.

We offer various sundries for sale for once you arrive - ice cream, ice, wood, and frozen pizza.

Deep Lake is such a great campground!! Beautiful lake for swimming, spacious sites for campers, great rental homes, situated close to the Wisconsin Dells, several Amish developments, and to top it off the on-site management is amazing!!!!!! We have been coming here for 12+years and look forward to see how the campground grows!!!

The campgrounds are neglected and run down. Their sign on the corner has fallen off and not fixed for over 2 years now. The walk down a dangerous hill to get to the lake is a trip that one takes at their own risk . There are many open sites so that shows ownership has no clue how to attract and keep seasonal campers. The mobile home park side of us has homes that are just messy and overgrown with trees and in trimmed bushes. Chicago background raised ownership is the biggest issue. Often these out of state owners use places like this to bleed dry what money they can and use it for tax write offs. Or so it appears as for the lack of upkeep indicates. Find another place for sure Their homes you rent are unkept without groundskeepers that refuses to pull a single weed
