About Campground

Nestled among the Nicolet National Forest and the crystal clear shores of North Twin Lake sits [top-rated]() Coadys’ Point of View Lake Resort and Glamping Campground. We are THE best of authentic lake resorts in Wisconsin for families and are known to have the gosh-darn nicest array of renovated [Northwoods cabin rentals in Wisconsin]() you can find (we’ve looked!). And quite simply, we also have the best [glamping Wisconsin](). Lastly, POV Resort can accommodate just about everyone with an abundance of [on-site lakeside + wilderness adventure]() – with some of the state’s premiere [fishing](), [ice fishing](), and [snowmobiling]()…all the makings of a super fun Eagle River getaway in the great outdoors!

Directions

Coadys’ Point of View Lake Resort is located 15 minutes north of Eagle River and 7 minutes south of Phelps in the spectacular Nicolet National Forest and on the shore of beautiful North Twin Lake.

POV Resort is easy to find and well marked on Wisconsin Highway 17. One easy way to find the final curve on Highway 17 (if you are coming from Eagle River) is to look for the tall metal power lines above the tree line as you go down a hill. Once you see those, the next curve is your last one – our driveway (Point of View Trail) is at the end of that last curve.

What a fun experience! Super clean, well thought-out layout in our huge tent and campsite (comfy beds!, Also loved the hammock). Air conditioned bathrooms with individual showers in the bath house. Loved the beach area and having the use of the kayaks: we kayaked all over the lakes. Super clean lake, lots of fish. Saw eagles over the lake, and a little deer in the woods right next to the bath complex Friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Was able to escape Chicago for a few days. Coady’s was perfect. Easy check in, perfect location and had everything we needed. The resort offers complimentary water toys like kayaks and canoes. Rec room has something for everyone. Bags, house shoes and ring toss right along the lake to play The trees were starting to change which made of the perfect backdrop.

Great location to stay on a fun fishing lake. Stayed in the bring your own tent space, so unsure how the cabins are. Glamping area is very well upkept. Having bathrooms and showers so close to the camping sites, was a definite plus! The boat slips were very convenient, and the clubhouse was a neat place to hang out on bad weather days! Owners were very nice, we may be back next year!

We had a good time at the resort. The cabin was clean and well appointed. This ice fishing was not good. You may want to consider moving the ice shanty to a different location. We would have licked to have meet the owner.

Every single thing was incredible. We got one of the A-Frame tents and it stayed perfectly dry through moderate and constant rain. The Rec room is well stocked with everything you could need. Me and my husband watched a scary movie on the couch, grabbed a hot coffee and played some tunes on the jukebox all in one night. The definition of relaxing and the nature and lake are perfect and beautiful. There is a quaint and nice nature path on the grounds too that has amazing sights and sounds. If you get one of the tents, there are bathrooms and a bathhouse close by so you don't have to walk too far. The grounds are well kept and everything is done and designed around your convenience. Eagle River which is a short drive down the road, has fun festivals going on, and the dining and shopping experience is lovely. We will be coming back and HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this great resort!
