We stayed there for a quick night as we passed through. They have a night check-in sheet (bring cash or check = $37.50 - that was the cost when we stayed). We called ahead to make sure they have spots as they close around 6pm; they have plenty and we grabbed a spot (spot 19 which was on the end and great for our little doggies to stretch their legs.). It was close to the highway so we could get back on the road quick though we didn't hear any road noise. Full hookups and great little spot for sure!

Came in late and tired, and was very pleased. Asphalt roads, perfectly level & large gravel pull throughs and lots of gorgeous trees. For us it was a convenient (just off highway) overnight stop. Definitely recommend. Felt safe and secure. Price was great!

Note: the above is a hack. I did not write. What does that tell you?

Possibly the neatest, cleanest park we’ve ever stayed at. The possible exception would be Palisade RV park in Gunnison CO. Hard to say. The big oak trees in the park are gorgeous, and help cool things down. The commons room was spic and span. Microwave, fridge, dishes, nice tables, coffee maker. Neat as a pan. We were just staying one night, but the next morning, we had a slide that wouldn’t go in. I worked on it until 4 hrs after checkout. They weren’t going to charge, but we decided to pay and stay another night. We’ll be back for sure. Be sure to check out the famous Precious Moments Chapel nearby.

I'm reading the reviews. These should be reviews of the RV Park as listed. Looks like all the negative reviews concern the sales or service of the dealership.

This park is amazingly clean, maintained and designed. The location is perfect one either north or south direction for travelers. We may have just hit a slow time but decided to stay a couple extra days because the travel weather doesn't look best for 2 days and Mike the host has been so helpful!

Been wintering in Texas 9 years and our first time here. I now see we stayed at the wrong

Places for 8 years. Lol. Safe travels my friends.
