**Cancellations** allowed up to 72 hours before checkin. There is a $15 non-refundable cancelation fee. No refunds if cancelled less than 72 hours before checkin. Reservations can be postponed, with no forfeiture of funds paid, in case of emergency and at management discretion.

N'bnd-from jct I-44 & US 71 (exit 18-B): Go 3-1/2 mi N on US 71 to Garrison. Go 1 mi S on Grand Ave/Outer Rd, then 1/3 mi E on Elm. S'bnd-from jct US 71 & HH/Fir: Go 1 mi E on HH/Fir, then 1-1/3 mi S on Grand/Outer Rd, then 1/3 mi E on Elm.
We have stayed here before and made reservations for what we thought was going to be a camping organization campout. After we made the reservation we were informed that they could not be sure that the meeting room would available so the campout was moved to a different location. They would not give us a full refund even though we notified them MONTHS in advance and the reason for the cancelation was their inability to tell us if the room would be available. Oh, and the campout was not what I would believe is a prime time. WE WILL NOT BE BACK. Hope they enjoy the extra $20 they would not refund.
Bathrooms stayed trashed and gross! Seen two roaches in the bathroom and multiple spiders on the walls. Seemed like they cleaned the bathrooms once a week at best. We booked for 14 days and stayed 9 when we asked for a partial refund or gift certificate were told “there was nothing they could do for us and if we stayed past 1 pm we would have to pay a fee for late check out” Would not recommend!
Park was great! Clean showers with plenty of hot water. Excellent laundry facilities. Well landscaped. Well maintained hook-ups. Best of all, a great dog park for our rescue who will not poop while on a leash!
