A quiet campground for any tent, trailer, horse, ATV/utv, back packet or day hiker. Has water and rest rooms. Please enjoy it but, keep it slow and quiet.

The trails were fabulous. Pretty well marked by color. Camping was ok. Electric at each site(awesome). Water was brown but tasted and smelled fine. Horses drank fine. Obstacle course was fun!! Hoping they put in a shower there at camp but was still nice to shower at nearby campground. Definitely going again.

If you are looking for adventure, desensitization, and challenging trail riding this place is for you. Trails are tree covered, 6in stumps, and rocks at every step. Thats when you are on the horse trails not shared with rootin tootin utvs and atvs every 10 mins.Throw in some utvs and guns shots near camp (across the street) to make a great trail horse. Best of luck horse trail riders. ;)

I recently camped for my first time at Wild Rock:

Pros - very quiet campground (until the neighbors start start shooting target practice)

Nice pit restrooms

decent sized camp sites

Fun obstacle course

Dumping station

Cons- trails are stump and rock covered

Down trees at every turn on the trail

Trails not marked well - difficult to navigate

Four wheelers at every turn

Water was brown

Sites are next to a gravel road and well driven

Gun shots going off directly across the street

I’ve ridden many trails in Wisconsin as well as out of state. I would rate this campground amongst the most non desirable.
