From the Jct. of Hwy 65 and 50, go 1 mile west to Wal-Mart. Turn north 1 block on Winchester to Main Street. Go west or left. Campground is 2 blocks ahead on the right. From I-70, take exit 78A. Go south 18 miles to Hwy 65 and 50.
We were very dissatisfied. I can only speak for our site but the electricial was in conduit pipes barely buried by the grass and completely exposed in other areas (at our camper). The wires at the end of the conduit were wrapped with electrical tape at the hookup and then went into the next conduit. There wasn't enough room for the next camper so the owner and his helper tried to jack with our awning while we were gone to make room. When we returned the awning was all a wreck and jammed at an angle (which we would never have known this happened except they couldn't fix it and had to leave it this way). The shower/restroom was a building we didn't dare even step into, the back of the building looked to be a wreck that appeared as if cinder blocks and such were holding it up (I have pictures of all of this). We couldn't wait to leave there, it felt creepy and we even left a day early because we couldn't stand it. Someone else said it was the ghetto and I agree it felt pretty sketchy. No, we didn't ask for our money back because he makes it clear NO REFUNDS. If you're just looking for a place to stop for the night then you'd be ok, otherwise don't even give this place a second thought!

Been here about a week now and plan on staying a little longer. Super awesome place to stay! The owner, Greg, was incredibly helpful and showed me where everything was. The comments about the bath house make no sense to me. It has A/C, a nice big shower and a toilet, what more are you after? Having laundry on site is so nice and all my neighbors are super quiet. Sometimes I catch a neighbor outside listening to music and having a beer but they are all quiet and respectful. Honestly a good place to stay. Peace and quiet and good owners. Thank you Greg!
Not a place to stay. The showerhouse has roaches and smells like urine. Dont leave your belongings in shower house, you wont have any left. More importantly DO NOT GIVE ANY CREDIT CARD OVER THE PHONE OR LEAVE ON FILE. " Long term " is not long term. Only the summer months and the state week. When the owner can make money.. MORE IMPORTANTLY
USE A POST OFFICE BOX. It's not what it's cracked up to be. And there are better place. Greg Chapimin is up to no good behind the scenes. DO NOT STAY THERE.
