The place went cashless but refused to take cards. For 2 days, they went cardless, saying their system is down. No ATM access to get money. When it's advertised as cashless. Not very friendly at concession. Very slow with orders. Overly priced on food. Restrooms are very outdated.
They hosted the Tough Mudder and did a fabulous job! We were able to see the entire park and it’s a wonderful place. There is so much to do besides softball. Highly recommend this place!
Nice facility! Fields were nice... the grounds were ok... the rock walkways were pretty hard to navigate with a wagon. Even with wide tires mine wanted to dig in. There were a few spots in other areas that the ground was uneven and I saw multiple people stumble.
Concession right next to the main buildings was horrible. I went to wait in line and there were 3 people in front of me. I swear I was in line for 20 minutes. Then when I got to the window they were out of pretzels and popcorn... this was around noon.
Still even with the negatives I still hope we play there again soon.
Turf fields are very nice, beautiful environment with a lot to offer with clean facilities.
My daughter is on a USSSA 14U (softball) travel team and the tournaments are all day sometimes two-days with hours in between games.... the following is for the 2 stars:
a staff member was exceptionally rude and a bit confrontational as she stormed into the un-used floor area in the rec center to tell us we're not allowed to be in there because we didn't pay to be there.(?)
I, and another mom were watching our 10 girls team-building by playing volleyball and to also get the girls out of the 90° weather, for a portion of time, as they had 6 hours of waiting for their next game. We've been told by CeraLand folks we are allowed to use the rec center plus we pay $20 a person to enter at the gate but yet we get chased out of the rec center?!? The staff member should have approached us in a respectful way and at least ask questions before dampening the girls' positivity with her unexpected demeanor.
Respectfully,

The worst part of the newer fields were the backstop mat that went the full length of the fence between dugouts, that made using bagchairs impossible. You either need director's chairs, or to sit in the bleachers, or sit beyond the dugout by the outfield. The turf fields are great though. Overall a great facility.
