Since opening its doors, Cedar Village Motel has achieved an ideal balance between perfect scenery and simple home-felt comfort. Situated on the edge of town Cedar Village provides everything needed to enjoy a peaceful stay. Cedar Village Motel and RV Park have been an evolving family business for over three decades. Comfort, tranquility, and customer service is the main priority of Cedar Village Motel and RV Park.
Horrible service, room was dirty, front desk person seemed all alone and didn't answer the phone half the time. Was rude when I even brought up any sort of refund for the horrible service. Do not reccomend.
We spent 4 nights at Cedar Village. The lady at the front desk was awsome, friendly, and helpful. And the gentleman that I asome owns it Randy was very nice as well. I did not ask but I think he is working on updating and or working on some of the rooms. It's a very peaceful place with lots of area to walk my dog.
We will stay there again. My dog Stella loved Randy.
This was the worst experience ever. The room was filthy!
The sheets were dirty. When I asked for clean sheets I was told they were clean. I was told the stains on the sheets were from the washing machine then he walked he walked away.
We have a service animal that we were charged for and we have filled a report with the State and Federal disabilities act against the owner and Karen, the lady at the front desk.
The guy rides around in a golf cart and ignores the needs of the people staying there. We left by 10:00 pm and was not given a refund due to the cleanliness.
We will never stay there! I researched the matter and have proof that he has friends leave positive reviews.
After booking a room online we came to a closed office door at 4 pm with a note to call a number to get someone to help. After calling multiple times we got hung up on and had to call back again.
We got asked if we have an animal with us which we did have a service dog with all his papers necessary. The person on the phone told us they had no dog friendly rooms and they can’t accommodate us and hung up again. Awful service is the least I can say.
This place is AMAZING! The rooms are clean and well stocked and the staff is so friendly and helpful that I may just never leave! If you love nature, but still need the convenience of being close to the city center, this place is for you. My dogs are in love with the 6 acres of wild forest trails, and our first day here, we saw a gang of wild turkey stroll through just outside our door! This is definitely the best motel in Spokane as far as I am concerned, so come on out and enjoy the peaceful serenity of this lovely home away from home!
