W-bnd from I-90 (exit 285): Take Sprague Ave exit, then go W 1 mi on Sprague. E-bnd from I-90 (exit 283B): Go 6 blks E on 3rd Ave, then 3 blks N on Havana, then 150 ft E on Sprague (follow signs).
If I could give this place a 10 out of 10 I would. The new management Steve and Julie have been exceptional at making sure that the place was clean. Probably one of the cleanest hotels or motels that I've stayed at in the city of Spokane. They were so welcoming and friendly it didn't even feel like we were in Spokane! They have on-site laundry, that's reasonably priced. Their rates are competitive with other motels and hotels in the area. They even carry extra socks and water, and a snack in case someone comes in that needs them from the streets. The place is a diamond in the rough. There is a lot of negative around it, but staying there you could not even tell it was the most quiet well managed property that I have been to. This is also a great place for extended stays.
What an amazing place to stay. The new owners are some of the kindest and friendliest people I've ever had the pleasure to meet. They lovingly look after their motel which may look a little run down on the outside but is the coziest most adorable places I've stayed. If you have the luck of being able to stay here I highly recommend it. The staff is also wonderful. I can't stop saying wonderful things about my experience at this motel.
Most wonderful place I ever stayed at. Unfortunately for me I have my business suspended and my baby dog had to be put down there. Steve and Julie are wonderful ❤️ people. I highly recommend this place.
If your room has anything wrong let the staff know right away and they will make it right for you, trust me they definitely got a cool safe place here.
My wife and I have been here a few times. The last time we opted for a one bedroom room. I'm disabled and tripped. Kind of my own fault. The staff is awesome
