3.5 stars. I enjoyed this hike. It was quite peaceful to be able to hear the water running for most of the hike. It did, however, leave me wanting more! While there were occasional views of the surrounding mountains, there wasn't a clear summit or point that had a direct view. They are lots of views of the creek and re waterfall. So although it as a good workout, I probably wouldn't do this hike as I felt the view wasn't quite worth the effort.

Awesome hiking, tons of butterflies, beaver dams, clean park, nice lake for kayaking and swimming. I have never fished there before. Not too busy when we went today. We all enjoyed it!

One of the best hikes in the area, especially once the snow has melted. If you come here while there is still ice on the trail (early spring) make sure you bring crampons.

Good for hiking and lounging!! The water itself leaves much to be desired. Have found many fish hooks/lines along the shore…

great hike, about 3 miles from parking lot to 'waterfall' with significant hills. beautiful and a good workout. the waterfall is not impressive but still a great hike by the marshlands, river and then into the forest, magical & great view of the lake once you reach the top of the grade
