Motel and campground located at Laporte Exit 49 on Indiana Toll Road Interstate 80-90, on southeast corner.
I stayed here for a few months, Tom is a great person and very friendly. He is a little rough around the edges but will give you the shirt off his back if you need it. He made me feel like family. RV park is closing for the year very soon. Make it a stop next year you will like the place. Easy to find next to toll road on hwy 39 north
I called to ask if there was a room available and he said no. I clarified that I wasn't referring to tonight, and asked when he would have a room available. He said, I told you I don't have any rooms available, you must not speak English, and hung up on me.
Stayed here for three nights a few years ago in August -> Thomas was very kind -> Price was brilliant for that time -> might stay there next year again :)
My kids stayed here because they were in town for a funeral. We had 3 rooms reserved but only took 2 rooms. Location was almost right off the highway and for us only 10 minutes from the funeral home. The Motel is older and dated but the Rooms were clean. It was a place to grab a hot shower and a nights sleep. Staff was helpful and rates were in reason for what you were paying for and getting
