One of the best nights of sleep in weeks. Nice and quiet, with the river roaring you to sleep, plus it was nice and shady in the morning. Bob, the owner is awesome and very laid back. There's a port-o-potty and recycling/trash, but no running water - however there's some available down the street. For $10/night it's a steal anyways. Even if the grounds are full, Bob will find a place for you - he mentioned overflow camping across the street. You won't be turned away!
We pulled into this site late at night not knowing what to expect. Sean greeted us with information about the campground and to collect the ten dollar fee. He was super friendly and we felt great about staying there. It was a great site for the night and even more beautiful in the morning.
Beautiful spot, Bob was a very friendly guy! There is a stream/river to swim and fish. Camp sites have picnic tables unless its the overflow (open field). Theres a little fire pit in each site. Portapottys are available. $10 a night (bring cash, although there's a spot in town to get cashback).
Awesome spot on the river. It’s a primitive site, first come first serve! $15 per spot. Even if you can’t find a spot on the river everyone has access to the river.
Sort of want to keep this place secret! Great campsites (many right on the river)- we had the group site near the bridge and it's huge. Flat, sandy area and nice cook fire area with 2 picnic tables. Portpotty wasn't gross, owner Bob was super nice and laid back. We went mid-week, not super busy, and lots of locals fishing across from us. Really enjoyable spot.
