From I-5 take SR530 east through Arlington; drive 26 miles toward Darrington. Look for signs. Park entrance in on the left.
Light's didn't work. The parking needs to be a little better other not good
Nice camp ground to go and get out of the heat. Heavily wooded and cool during the day. Nice creek to soak your tired feet in.
Pretty campground! You definitely hear road noise. Swimming holes along the creek. Personally I think sites 11 and 7 are the best. Bathrooms were clean but never stocked with soap/paper towels. No camp host on site to alert. No alcohol allowed so it’s family friendly and quiet. Expensive! $30/night.
We've been camping here since 1988. Love the canopy of trees, no hookups, A real since of being away from the noise
Great memories and more to come.
No lights? (your camping!)
We stopped on our way to North Cascades, it was getting dark and we wanted to stop for the night. Very beautiful park, good spots with privacy. Loved the old growth forest. My husband said he could hear the road all night but I didn’t notice. Pricey for no hookups though
