Came here on a Sunday afternoon for the buffet and to catch the football game. The buffet was standard but really tasty. Didn't wait long to be seated or be served drinks. Buffet experience was great. However when I watched the game I can't say I enjoyed it. I waited for 7 minutes or so to try and get a drink from a bartender. Absolutely didn't even get noticed. After ten minutes I decided to just watch the game. Other than that, place was great to view the game.
Great place to get away for a few days. It's 90 miles from Henderson. Beautiful pool and grounds. Live entertainment in the casino. Catherine's restaurant is wonderful! They also have a lovely spa and golf course.
I will NEVER go back to the Buffet. When we left my granddaughter was stopped and told she needed to open her purse that security had her on camera taking the silverware! Are you kidding me, old used cheap silverware. I said, absolutely not, I took our little great grandson, who is autistic his fried shrimp since he didn't eat, i opened my grandaughters purse and showed him. The man responded, nothing is to be taken out. I said well nothing posted about that, and you are going to throw them away, what a waste that is! He took the wrapped shrimp and threw right in trash. NO APOLOGY for the accusation of not finding silverware either...not to say pretty creepy knowing now security watching while we eat. Ive never heard such a thing. What a humiliating experience for 5 pieces of fried shrimp!!! I think the 100$ we paid, and ALL the people inside and waiting in line the Hotel isn't losing money!!!
The staff at the casino, hotel, and spa were very accommodating and got us anything we needed. I can't recommend the spa enough! Geo and Kim were phenomenal. Had we realized there was a day pass and room service can be delivered, we would have taken full advantage. 😊
From the 1st day we got there, we were treated like celebrities. Everyone was so nice. Kept our rooms clean. Dining was very good food n all and staff there were very professional had good smiles. A smile can bring someone having a bad day to a better lighter mood. Trust me, it helps. Anyway Great Job in Hospitality!!!!! Definitely will come back thanks to all of u!!!!!!
