Very affordable for Retirement. Have a tree next to me which keeps

the sun off of us during the hot days. Best RV Park in LasVegas. Stayed at LasVegas RV Resort for 5 years. All asphalt and hot. I have dirt now and much cooler.

Didn’t stay but it’s $10 to dump grey water and fill up fresh water, the people in the office are very friendly. Very happy and thankful for this service.

I've been living here since December 2019. I have 2 driveways. One fir my 27 foot Starcraft Trailer and one for my Chevrolet Conversion Van. I have a great shade tree next to my trailer, too. Very friendly service at Kings Row.

I've been living here for a year. I love it here. We require electricity, which they have, we had an issue with our first spots electricity, and the staff jumped into action and corrected it with no problem.

We require safety, they have security at night, and staff always driving around on golf carts, speaking and waving at residents.

Our sight has an awesome tree. We have been in 3 spots over the year, started out as weekends, moved into a spot for a week here and there, now monthly.

Vegas itself feels a bit rough to us, but when we come home to Kings Row, we feel peaceful and happy. My husband enjoys the quiet and calmness.

Everyone's experience will be different, of course, but I noticed approaching people with respect, and a smile goes a long way. We have never had an issue here.

When we need something, we speak to the staff with respect and patience, because there's a lot more residents than staff so of course they gwt busy and overwhelmed at times, they are human, but they always help us quickly and respectfully.

The RV park does have rules and expect the residents to respect them. I like that, keeps the park nice and drama free. The check-in rules may be rough for some people, and that can be frustrating, but they have been here a long time, and of course, the rules have come from experience. Sorry to all that don't meet the criteria, because it's not hard criteria, just normal RV park rules.

We recommend coming to stay and judge for yourself. Also, read through their website to see if they meet your requirements.

Oh, the laundry has been shut down because someone had an accident, no fault of the RV park, just life. The pool is being upgraded, I was sad about this, but I'm looking forward to the reveal!

Very nice RV/mobile home park. Another of the RV sites are brand new with nice slabs. New laundry room. Price is great at $39.50 per night in the Las Vegas area. We stayed 3 nights.
