Campsite: King's Row RV Park

I've been living here for a year. I love it here. We require electricity, which they have, we had an issue with our first spots electricity, and the staff jumped into action and corrected it with no problem.

We require safety, they have security at night, and staff always driving around on golf carts, speaking and waving at residents.

Our sight has an awesome tree. We have been in 3 spots over the year, started out as weekends, moved into a spot for a week here and there, now monthly.

Vegas itself feels a bit rough to us, but when we come home to Kings Row, we feel peaceful and happy. My husband enjoys the quiet and calmness.

Everyone's experience will be different, of course, but I noticed approaching people with respect, and a smile goes a long way. We have never had an issue here.

When we need something, we speak to the staff with respect and patience, because there's a lot more residents than staff so of course they gwt busy and overwhelmed at times, they are human, but they always help us quickly and respectfully.

The RV park does have rules and expect the residents to respect them. I like that, keeps the park nice and drama free. The check-in rules may be rough for some people, and that can be frustrating, but they have been here a long time, and of course, the rules have come from experience. Sorry to all that don't meet the criteria, because it's not hard criteria, just normal RV park rules.

We recommend coming to stay and judge for yourself. Also, read through their website to see if they meet your requirements.

Oh, the laundry has been shut down because someone had an accident, no fault of the RV park, just life. The pool is being upgraded, I was sad about this, but I'm looking forward to the reveal!

Campsite: Traders Village Grand Prairie RV Park

My husband and I have really enjoyed staying here. This is our 2nd time staying here. We came in on a whim and they had spaces available, but it was on Mon,Tues,Weds. We have been told weekends get busy since there's a marketplace next door on the weekends.

We enjoy how close the park is to resteraunts and grocery stores. We enjoy the tree covered concrete spaces.

It's not a new park but they upkeep it rather well. Of course some things need work but we don't mind because it's clean and safe. The staff has been very nice and the residents are qiuet and mind their business. We were worried as an American Black couple because there is a resident with a confederate flag flying. But he has been to himself. I am from VA where the confederate flag is extremely common so I'm not too bothered. My husband is from AZ and isn't used to seeing it, so at first he was nervous but there has been zero issues and everyone here has been kind and welcoming.

We believe everyone is entiltled to their beliefs even if we don't think/feel the same.

We really enjoy staying at Traders and feel it's a great value and nice stay!
