If I could give it less than a one I would have. This place is a joke.... managers are a joke... they have rules but only specific people have to follow them. They cut the grass maybe once a month. The managers complain about everything you do. There are a bunch of junk empty trailers that occupy most of the spaces. They charge you if you go over a specific amount of electricity usage, which they can't tell you how much you are allowed. I had to borrow a lawnmower to cut my lot grass because it was so tall you couldn't sit outside without the bugs eating you alive. Grass lots that are uneven. We had to go and purchase the piece that ties your sewage line to the sewer hook up.
No amenities, just a lot with electricity and sewer. No reception for phones, no wifi, no cable. Horrible don't stay here unless you are in dire need.
I've lived here in an RV for about 3 years. I have really enjoyed living here for that time. As a matter of fact, I was here about 4 years ago expecting to be here for a while, but work circumstances dictated I leave after three weeks. Work circumstances brought me back about 3 years ago..
I'm in an RV spot, not renting one of the mobile homes. I know there are different rules for each, which were communicated to me at the beginning. Basically, the mobile home spots are considered a "rental home", with all the responsibilities thereof (e.g., mowing the lawn). The RV spots, on the other hand, are more full-service.
What I like about this place is it's quiet. I've never seen nor heard of any problems here. Management has always treated me well and gone above and beyond. I feel the rates are fair, and I do understand the need to charge for excess electricity, as cooling (and sometimes heating) is done that way, so it's a way to control costs. I'd say about 80% of the months I'm over on power, more during the summer than winter, never by a huge amount.
I like living here, and plan on doing so for as long as I'm here.
They are wonderful
Nice place to live peaceful
The manager is so nice and sweet and understanding
Management, if you want to call it that, lied to us frim the beginning. I strongly suggest going somewhere else. You'll be better off and happier.
