The staff at Carlsbad RV were amazing. They did their very best for their guests and exceeded expectations in everything they did. The pool, bathrooms and laundry were clean. I would not hesitate to stay again.
Excellent customer service at this roomy rv campground! From check in to check out we were treated kindly and respectfully. The owners are delightful and could not have been more pleasant. They even helped us troubleshoot when we couldn’t get the cable to work!! Souvenirs and some camper supplies in the office. Sites are well maintained and very clean. Laundry is spacious and machines are very clean. While you can use coins they also use ClearToken so you can pay with your phone. Very convenient! There are several off lead dog areas, too. Right on the highway so some road noise but not really bad. Close to Carlsbad Caverns and other local sites.

Enjoyed our stay here! Close to stores, places to see and staff very friendly. The rest rooms were very nice and clean, laundry room clean especially washers and dryers. RV spots were very big! My only con is that the water pressure was bad, as they were having plumbing issues when we were there.
All of the people we very polite and nice. Easy park to find, you are guided to your parking spot after check in. Dog parks were run down, and at nights there would be dogs just hanging out in the dog park with no owners around. During the day lots of dog waste left behind in the parks, but in the morning who ever changed the dog waste bags would clean the dog run, would be much easier if people would clean up after their pets. There majority of residents in the RV camp are long term oil workers however no issue with anyone there. Laundry room was large but is $3.50 to wash for a regular sized washer and dryer. The showers / bathrooms were clean and in good repair. It is close to the Caverns and Guadalupe Peak. We camped at Carlsbad RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel. While there used American Muscle gym, old school gym. Nothing pretty but very usable equipment.
