I can’t believe how let down I am by Canon! All I needed was sensor cleaning. I upgraded to Gold membership just prior to taking three bodies to them.
They had the cameras on Friday , and here it is Wednesday and I still don’t have them. I had to rent cameras for a job on Thursday.
I made so many phone calls to try and get this straightened out, no luck.
Once you find the office (second floor, use the heart radio entrance), press the doorbell to be let in. Superb service! I have total trust in them. I took my 77D in because the SD slot stopped working. A week later I have it back; working like new & polished up! The front area dude that helped me was great; professional & nice. When he handed my camera back to me, I was so thrilled, I wanted to kiss him! Apparently, if not for canon Burbank, I would’ve had to ship my camera to get it fixed.

Great service, really helpful staff, very knowledgeable and caring. The best place to take your Cannon equipment if you need it work done on it. I am always happily surprised that the bill for repairs is less than I feared it would be.
