Was late one week, they turned my power off while I was in Tuscaloosa getting my affairs straight. (August2021)HOT!!!!!! My 2 dogs were in there!!!!! Hooked up my camper & left. Plus the owner & "Barry" are both drunks!!!!!! Owner Jerry is a perv!!!!!

I would not recommend this place at all. It was very run down. The guy that runs the place was rude, of course his toned changed when he saw my husband. In order to even get to the site he had to remove trash and junk from the site. There's abandoned cars and rvs everywhere. We didn't even unhook just left. There was also no cell service with Verizon or T-mobile.
This place is not suitable to live with family, it is a dirty, messy place, it is full of uncontrolled pests.
Also you feel watched all the time. If you have a pet it can't bark. I really don't recommend it.
I was there for two weeks and it was really very unpleasant, you couldn't use the laundry room because everything was horrible and dirty.
I was passing through and needed a place to sleep and the manager here was so accommodating. He stayed open late till I arrived and led us to our spot. It was dark so it really helped that he led us, we would have never found it on our own! We only stayed one night but the park seemed nice. Large spots, lots of trees, and a pool.
Very spacious and beautiful out here. The owner and his assistant are very friendly and will literally give you the shirts off their backs. They patrol and maintain the area really well and they don't allow party's or riff Raff in the park so it's family friendly here. Every interaction with the owner has been above and beyond our greatest expectations and last but not least, their monthly rates are the highest value we've seen. My wife and my kids and I are so happy here and will definitely return whenever we visit family in Tuscaloosa. Side note we drive a 29 ft motorhome and we had plenty of space.
