**Provides access to:** Moss Lake Nature Trail. Moss Lake Nature Trail is a side trail from [Snoquera Falls 1167](http://www.fs.usda.gov/recarea/mbs/recreation/recarea/?recid=18170) and [White River 1199](http://www.fs.usda.gov/recarea/mbs/recreation/recarea/?recid=18176) trailheads. It is just to the right of the Camp Sheppard Amphatheatre. Though Camp Sheppard is managed by Boy Scouts of America, the trails are on Forest Service land.
Drive Highway 410 east 11 miles from Greenwater to the sign, "Camp Sheppard," and turn left on Forest Road 7155. Parking is to the right.
The pic with the waterfall further away is your view from the main trail. There's a rocky, steep trail to see the other picture. Just be careful on this tail! Loose rocks.
Beautiful views, amazing trails. If you hike to the water fall it's about an hr hike up hill, but it's worth it.
It's a small parking with pit toilets. The trails are clearly marked, and the paths are well maintained. Leashed dogs are welcome. The falls were dry when we visited but the hike is pleasant and the gorge is still impressive.
Very nice hike. Been 2 times both times not a lot of people on trail. My husband and I climbed up to the falls from the rocks below(can be slippery!) I also found some wild stawberries on this trail near the falls plus TONS of thimble berries that weren't ripe yet😫. I'd say this is an easier hike, not a straight up climb. You can out and back it or loop it! I definitely recommend this hike!
