I was a really bad experience. One of the guests, a kid, was bullying... I reported it to an employee, without knowing she was a very close friend of that guests, and that led to my family being targeted by her. She even went as far as lying to me about me... I emailed the owner, or the email on the contact button, and I guess they couldn't even care enough to email me back or contact me in any way. I was still at the campground when I emailed so they could have easily spoke with me. I did not approach them because every time I saw them they were with said employee. Emma, the employee, even went as far as questioning my judgment, in front of several other people and in a very rude way, on who my grandchildren were allowed to play with. My grandchildren were especially targeted by Emma. I am so beyond disappointed along with being angry... An employee at any place I'm ever a customer at has no right or no business interjecting her opinion on the decisions I make for my grandchildren.

Went to the old Camp Nelson Bridge, and the road foundation and support pillar for the original Camp Nelson Bridge. Little known fact, on the Old Danville Rd side, right by the bridge are some remains of the old distillery.

We love it here. Very well maintained, beautiful location, excellent staff, quiet, and peaceful most of the time, when we're in this part of Kentucky this is usually where we stay.

The location is about 35 mins from Lexington. Beautiful views of the mountains. The RV park is quiet and spacious between lots.
