Nice camp sites. Close to lake. Swim areas for kids was perfect. Flush toilets. Wish bathrooms were maintained more, but thats camp life.

Nice & shady basic campground with great lake access all around (hike down a hill). We were able to secure a walk-in site the morning after we arrived. The first night we stayed at the adjacent Peninsula campground which is similar but has a rep for being noisy, and it definitely was loud.

Wyandotte has flushing toilets and sinks but needs some maintenance and cleaning.

Little town Port is about 10 minute drive away in case you forgot the chocolate for your s'mores or getting more firewood. We enjoyed several lake access points where you can either walk to or an easy short drive down the road. The main beach is spacious with few shade trees nearby, shallow, & perfect for kids. The spot at the end of the Peninsula is rocky but also has a little sand beach with fewer people. Water is clear and feels great! Stargazing by the boat launch area is amazing.
