Great location. Easy access to dump stations. Nice pull through spots. Fair price. Friendly neighbors traveling and or staying in park longer term. Highly recommend.

Very clean RV park. Most sites have trees, but all the trees are well maintained, so they don't touch your RV. Great place to stay!

The Almond Tree RV park took us by surprise. The park is quite, clean and and excellent value. Community bathrooms/showers were clean with spacious showers. The pool and club house very nice. The landscape has plenty of green grass for each site and dog walking. Sites were were gravel and level. We had little interaction with the host but they were very pleasant. We will return

Very nice RV Park that provides access to activities around Chico. The hookups were maintained and functioned and the price for camping was reasonable. We stayed here two days. The pool looked nice but didn’t swim since there were thunderstorms in the area. The weather was also hot, so the shade from trees was appreciated.

We recently stayed at Almond Tree when moving our son into his dorm at Chico state. My husband and I formerly traveled with a trailer for his job and have stayed in some pretty interesting places. This place was great! Pool is a bit small but we never used it anyway. Employees/owner are super nice, spots are decent size, park is quiet and clean and does not have big lights shining in your vents, location is great too. I highly recommend if you are in Chico giving it a try. We saw some nearby parks that were less than desirable!
