Awsome campground quite peaceful. Was there in the middle of the week. Lake Was very clear.
This year was a little confusing. All the spots on-line that said first come, first serve all had reservations. There were actual fist fights over these spots because of this. We got lucky because someone booked too many spots and let us take an extra one. We were super close to the water. The lake was shallow to about chest height quite a ways out and it felt safe for kids to play. Grounds were beautiful and clean. But lots of bugs. We really loved it!
Cute little campground with easy access to the lake. The lake itself was absolutely beautiful and had a nice easy entrance making it a great place to wade or play in the water. The campground itself was nice and the spot we were at didn’t feel cramp and too close to our neighbors. There is also a nice trail to walk or ride your bike Would definitely go again!
Beautiful campground. Our sites were in loop B on reservoir side. Currently no campfires or bbq allowed. Due to drought the restrooms were closed as well. I still loved staying there. My group had a great time and water was fantastic.
