Yes it’s a nice campground if you can get a spot with trees, if not it’s all in the sun and no shade. The host is flighty and can’t remember anything, it’s good for one night only camping and that’s it. Not worth the money. Would give more stars but our experience sucked.

Ellery lake campground is inside yosemitte area. Make sure to bring your mosquito spray and hiking stick. There is no place to eat on either side direction. Make sure to fill up your car on last gas station. Make sure that you have food for your kids. It gets cold here so bring your thermos of tea or coffe.

We stayed here at the end of summer. It's a first come-first-serve camp with clean dry restrooms and running water. Very quiet at night, with amazing views of stars and Milky Way at night.

A lovely campground up in the mountains. Overlooking a beautiful lake and mighty mountains. The spots are good size with a place for fire, a picnic table, and a spot for a tent or more. The ground is pretty hard so it's hard to put spikes in. Also parking spots for the car close to the tents.

One of the best campsites because it’s so near the nice lakes.
