Got to stay here for about 4 months. Really great sunrise and sunset place for pictures. I have too many to post. Wifi was right on the spot. Will return if in the neighborhood. Also had to drive about six miles for a place to eat.
This RV park was great. Nice full hook-up sites and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed for a month and had no issues. Very clean restrooms and laundry facility. We will be staying there again.
We stayed here last weekend and it was wonderful! The gentleman that helped us was very accommodating and pleasant. I was beyond amazed how clean and nice the facilities were especially the restrooms! That's something we really look at because we have a small camper we try to not utilize our bathroom as much. The pool is great and the park is really well kept. There is a lot to do in the area especially within a 20 minute drive. The only negative I have and it has nothing to do with the RV Park is the gas station that is down the street! Their prices are ridiculous and nothing is marked so you have no idea what you'll be spending. It makes sense that they'd do that because its the only gas station within a few miles of the park but still. The staff there is also super rude so just a warning to get gas and purchase stuff in town beforehand.
By the Lake is a beautiful park located right off of I-35. Sites are long, level concrete pads with ample grassy space on each side. There is a nice playground as well as dog park. This will be our ‘go-to’ spot when traveling in the area.
This is absolutely one of the best RV parks we have stayed at. Concrete pads, full h/u, laundry facility, cable, reasonably priced, and BONUS - the best dog run we have ever seen! It’s also very close to Lake Murray. Easy on/off highway. Staff were great, too!
