Checked into Brown Rd RV Park today. Ken is friendly, easy to get along with and also helpful with getting me setup in the park. Updating my initial review as I had trouble contacting Ken but it was more a technology glitch than anything else. Park is quiet and clean, the other RV’ers are friendly also.

Should be renamed 'Kens old backyard' .... Its basically a couple RV camping spots in someone's backyard. I didn't get along with the owner for a number of different reasons. He stole my deposit. Not exactly quiet and not exactly secure. Usually unattended during the day and the owner is nowhere to be seen except when rent becomes due. Its pretty far away from both 45 or 59 too... So kinda inconveniently located. The place is cheap, but you get what you pay for. Not reccomended. Spend a few more bucks and go to a nicer park.

If you are looking for a nice quiet place to stop? This is the place for you. Located down a dead end road. Close to New Caney, Conroe, and the Woodlands. It is a no thrills place, only real amenities would be Wi-Fi. Oh, and of course the important amenity for me: quiet. He does have one washer and dryer on site. I did find it easier to go up the street to the Washerteria(laundry mat).

I stayed 4 months, got a little too relaxed! The owner Ken is nice and although not there full time, the park is monitored and there is some semi/full time residence's there. I felt very secure. Neighbors were nice.

I would definitely stay again.

By the way, if you use a Tom Tom GPS, expect to end up about ten miles away on another dead end road. Google Map It!!!
