Campground is small and very well kept by the owners. They are very helpful! Bathrooms were very clean and sites are a good size. VERY quiet so a good spot to relax. Good size dog area too! Great farm stand next door and we went blueberry picking at a local farm (Green Mountain Orchards) which was a lot of fun and the berries YUM! Definitely keeping this on our revisit list!!

Beautiful campground in Southern Vermont. Owners and staff are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable.

The store has a good selection of necessities and souvenirs. Cat, the owner, provided me with a list of local attractions and is always ready to answer your questions or provide information. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. Laundry has 3 washers and dryers, all very clean. We would highly recommend if your looking for a campground in Southern Vermont.

Just left this privately owned KOA and it was a great stay. Sites were a bit small, but we didn't stay at the campground long enough for it to be a problem. Wifi and cable were outstanding. Had 2 options for wifi (2g and 5g). Streamed shows and it was all good. Camp cleared out during the week but filled up pretty darn fast for weekend. Camp was going into shut down mode so no cabin or tent stays seen. First ti.e EVER to use laundry at a facility and it was great. Clean washers and dryers. Well kept recreational area and two playgrounds to keep the kids busy. They do recycle and it was a bit confusing but we managed. Kat and her husband were welcoming and friendly and extremely helpful. Would go back in a heart beat-but only when it gets warmer.

This was our second time staying at this KOA. We spent all of this past week there in one of there best spots. We chose this place as our 25 Anniversary destination because of it's size and its peace and quite. I ordered my wife some flowers locally and Kat the owner hand delivered them for me as a surprise for my wife. She even threw in a bottle of sparkling cider on them. Very unexpected. Once again a great trip and were looking forward to booking again next year .

We spent an overnight here in late September and another one in October. Wish I'd been able to stay longer. Right off US-5, a few miles north of Brattleboro. Very well-kept and peaceful campground. Sites were wonderfully level and spacious. Guests were friendly, staff was even friendlier. Restrooms and showers were very clean and the store was well-stocked. I'm sure we'll be back! (And love that they recycle!)
