Parking and the grounds itself were not bad. It’s expensive. We needed it for an overnight. Not using the hot springs. We got two bracelets with our map, that I assume you would use for the hot springs. So we are paying for an amenity that we didn’t use. They emailed us, the day before our stay, that the water was shut off for the winter and to fill our fresh water tank. That’s ok, except this was our last night before winterizing and after we dumped we needed to rinse our tank and our sewer hose. If they had told us this when we reserved, we would have stayed somewhere else. The weather is warm and there was no need to shut the water off yet.

The gal in the store is rude. I called to see what to do with the trash. There is one dumpster and I couldn’t find it on the map. She made me feel stupid. They are also redoing, and constructing a new bldg by the hot springs. Gps takes you to that entrance. We’re towing and turned in……it was one of those moments. We might have to unhook to get out of here. Thankfully we didn’t, then saw the sign to turn at the next street. If they can email you to tell you there’s no water, they should tell you which entrance to pull into.

The hot springs looks great. I would not stay at the campground again. We were ending a three week trip, and meeting so many friendly people, I don’t need to interact with someone who is so rude. Don’t know if she was part owner or hired help. If she’s hired help, she needs some serious training. The whole time we were there, we felt like we couldn’t do anything, or we might get in trouble. Oh, also my husband said it’s the most complicated bill he’s ever gotten from a campground. 10 years of camping!!!

Great camp ground! Nice pretty lots to park in with a little creek behind us. They had live music at the pool area. The pool area was amazing. A few regular pools and then the hot spring pool. The shower area by the pool was nice but PACKED. We showered in the shower house by our camper. It was less than nice. Not very clean and didn’t make me feel safe with the shower curtains

And would absolutely stay there again!

Used to love this campground. We were there twice a month in 2022. They changed their policies quite a bit in 2023 and drew us back. The rate for tent camp is unaccounted for. You literally pay to sleep on the ground with no hookups. Yes you have breakfast and hot springs, but it still seems quite high for tents. I had to cancel a reservation due to carpal tunnel surgery and I was charged $50 cancellation fee. Way too much in my opinion. Especially when you cancel a month in advance. Great position to the Hot Springs- one door and in. Till they lock it and you have to circle around through the highway at 10 PM. Showers need renovation and an actual hot water. The ladies at the desk are amazing and super friendly!

Great location close to Bozeman and Big sky. But please for the love of god pave your RV spots. We found it difficult to get level because there were so many potholes. It's hard to walk away from the camper when you are walking through a sloshy mud pit and puddles. I feel like for $90/night in February, I should at least be able to park on pavement.

Campground staff was nice. The door from the campground to the hot springs is locked so you have to drive around which is very inconvenient. The staff in the gym accused my daughter of sneaking in and came up to me and said "remember when I told you yesterday she couldn't come in" but she hadn't talked to me and got me mixed up with someone else. The approach was immature and rude, she did apologize but still that's no way to talk to people. Overall the place is nice and the people are cool and I would go back but this is the review of my particular experience.
