Doesn't accept RVs that's aren't 10 years or newer. Claiming for insurance purposes. I've stayed at many that have that rule as well but have submitted pictures and been just fine.

7/24/23 edit: I drove by the park to check out the location and noticed many RVs, both trailers and motorhomes that were well outside the 10 year rule. So I'm not sure what the business means when they say new management enforces this "rule".

Visited my parents for 7 days at the Blue Ox RV park. Lot #6. Had an amazing visit. So glad to know there are still places like this around where everyone was so friendly and kind. My mom and Dad love staying here and tell me the office staff have been wonderful to work with going so far as to assist with internet issues (sometimes an elderly person just needs a little help with ordering items from the internet), The showers were very clean and water pressure was fantastic. The whole RV park is beautiful with flowers everywhere. I had a lovely visit and will come back again soon. Thank you - I like knowing my family are there - where they're safe and have wonderful neighbors who look after each other. One of the areas best RV parks by far!

Traveling from Northern CA to NE Oregon and picked Albany as a half way stop. Amy, one of the managers, was so helpful, friendly and got us hooked up for one night and then let us stay one more night without having to relocate. She and her crew were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to any one traveling I-5.
