Wow!! What a place. Clean, spacious rv sites, by the river, welcoming staff. Best of all, they have wild horses frequenting the property. What a nice surprise!! Highly recommended for sure!
What a wonderful place! We had not used our motorhome this year due to the high cost of fuel, so we decided to go on a short trip and just relax. At only 20 miles from our house, this resort was perfect for us. The staff was so friendly and courteous, the grounds were immaculate and the sound of the river is so soothing. We missed seeing the wild horses as we were already tucked in for the night, but we did see wild turkeys, river rafters and fisherman. Can't wait to go back!
We spent last week up at this great resort. Jason and Jessica were amazing hosts and really made us feel at home. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Just wish my fishing skills were as nice lol. We will be back.
We absolutely loved our stay at the RV park! It was extremely well- kept! It had very clean and well decorated bathrooms, and lots of green grass!
The hosts were very kind and communicative. I ended up driving in when they were out but they left me a detailed message so I knew what to do, very helpful! The area was wonderful, although the road coming in had quite a few potholes and definitely needed some maintenance, which is not something they can control.
The river was absolutely gorgeous and I loved waking up to the sound of it in the morning, we only stayed for 3 days but we saw several Wild Horses while there which made for quite the experience.
I would 100% recommend this RV park to anyone looking to stay in the area.
We had a spot on the river side.. so nice to listen to the river run. The site was clean, water, electrical and sewer hook-ups were good. The cement pad and picnic table..all good. There is no green grass just weeds and dirt. The dog park is a joke. This is a nice place, right on the river but not quite as shown. You do get treated to a herd of wild horses coming to munch on what grass there is and then drink from the river. They are really neat to watch. They are wild and NOT to be petted or crowded. Pretty special.
