It was Scott's vision to create a small campground with cabins on the ATV trails where he grew up. With his determination, hard work, the most amazing employees and an "if you build it they will come" mindset; he created what has evolved into a year-round ATV resort where strangers become friends, complete with seasonal campsites, cabins, a bar and grill. New in 2021 an outdoor bar and patio seating.
We are about 30 minutes east of Eau Claire and 30 minutes northwest of Black River Falls.
We stopped in while riding the trails. Great service, great food, cool drinks. We will definitely be back.
We had a great Friday Fish and shrimp buffet. I met the owner and was very impressed. This place is beautiful with the most awesome taxidermy decor. My friend did all the drywall in the beautiful cabins so I was happy to check out this place for the first time recently. Been meaning to come for a long time. Very impressive place and so clean. Can't wait to be back when in the Fairchild area.
So overwhelmingly impressed with this little resort. We rented a 2 bedroom cabin and it was an awesome experience from check-in to check-out. Very clean cabin, comfy beds, cold AC, kitchen and bathroom stocked with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Pond/pool area was great for kids. Hope we can visit the area again because we would absolutely stay at Black Creek Lodge again. 5+ stars.
Absolutely horrible Easter buffet. We had reservations for 12:30pm for 5 people. Checked in as soon as we got there..12:15pm. 2 different people came to ask if we had reservations..YES! We finally got seated at 1:30pm. The food was horrible! Too salty for starters. The smoked turkey was tough! The ONLY GOOD thing was the stuffing EVEN if it were dry. The ONLY dessert they had was quarter size cookies. ALL this for $16/person including seniors.
Black Creek Lodge was absolutely perfect for us. Our cabin was all we ever wanted. Really really clean,nice layout ,lot of room and bedding and towels supplied. Will come back. Special thankyou to Andrea for helping us when we got there. Ate 3 times at Lodge food was good and reasonable and very friendly staff.
