Come fish, kayak, and relax on Big Lake while exploring Maine. We are a new campground on a large, mostly undeveloped lake with plenty of quiet spaces and clear skies to enjoy.
Had a great extended weekend here with friends and family. Full hook up and the owners were amazing. I can’t wait to see what it looks like when they finish building everything!
Best park ever. Hosts are beyond helpful and friendly. Park is immaculate. I really liked that the park does not have bright lights - no light pollution. Also, it is well away from any busy streets. There is a huge lake in walking distance and they have kayaks available at no charge.
One of the BEST campgrounds we have stayed in throughout the country. (So far 1.5 years on the road in a Class A). Easy open access with new well built sites. Beautiful property, impeccably maintained. Canoes and kayaks available to enjoy Big Lake (a short walk down the hill.). So much to do within an hours drive. We were planning to stay 1 night and ended up staying for 5! Owners are incredible and extremely accommodating. Excited to go back next season. Thank you Wesla and Mark!!!!!
My second visit here, it’s awesome to finally have a good campground in this area. Visiting the area for some 4 wheeling, direct access to the trails right from your site. Can’t wait to return next year for some premier smallmouth fishing on Big Lake as well as some premium salmon fishing on nearby West Grand Lake.
“Wicked” nice owners , super accommodating, beautiful new private baths, level sites, good WiFi, facilities are neat as a pin!!
