Stayed there last Labor Day weekend. Terrific campground great staff and the seasonal were extremely friendly. Having Ted’s Fried Clams up the road didn’t hurt either. We’ll be back.
We are going to be starting our first seasonal camping the people here seem so nice and the sites are spacious. We are so very excited!
Had an amazing week. We will certainly come back for another vacation! We really enjoyed the site overlooking the field. It allowed a nice breeze to keep the bugs away and a perfect place to play a few games of cornhole.
The lady who runs the show is rude and a control freak. Half the things they advertise are either not open or not maintained at all(arcade, mini golf, playground).They try to charge you money dropping someone off or for visiting someone for an hour. Place is a joke.
My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting the owners of AVC twice this year. We found them to be pleasant and eager to provide their customers with a safe memorable camping experience. The grounds were clean as were the bath houses, store and pool. There is playground equipment for all ages. Activites for young and old. Would highly recommend giving Apple Valley a try.
