From jct I-5 (exit 30) & Crater Lake Hwy 62: Go 25 mi NE on Hwy 62.
Beautiful rv park. Water is hard on your rigs plumbing and comes out brown for the first few minutes. Something to consider if you plan to stay for an extended period of time. They enforce a 5 mph speed limit. Safe for children as the drive way separates the RV spaces away from the highway a bit. Nice park with a playground. Shower and bathrooms on site as well. Real close to a country store that sells propane. This RV park is located just off the river next to a raft rental company. Many beautiful places to see around this area.
If you like living in a family park where single parents allow their children to run unsupervised all hours of the day and night, destroying others property, landlord not providing propane for the "supplied laundry & shower rooms", potholes everywhere, and living in a mud hole, this is the place for you!!! You can guarantee the overgrown grass and trees will continue and if the trees are laying or fall on your personal property because Tony refuses to maintain the grounds, per rental agreement, he states he is not responsible. If looking out your window to see your neighbors using multiple vehicles for storage as well as having so much junk outside that the rats have their own personal palace, this park provides this and so much more! One of two dryers has been broke for over 3years. Bathrooms are mold and mildew covered and only get wiped down once per week. Grounds are not maintained. Owners do absolutely nothing but sit inside or leave on weekends and raise the rent every year.
This could be a nice place, but there are so many run down trailers and trash piled up around most of the trailers, There have been no updates in over 20 years that we’ve been staying there off and on. We won’t be staying there again
The water made us sick,it was brown and stained my toilet and shower. Same shower curtains on the bathroom stalls for over 20 years.
You don't want to stay here! Tony and Tara do not care about their tennant's. They care about money! They only fix what may keep them out of a law suit at the time. But most issues are not resolved. They continue to raise the rent but fail to fix numerous issues. Anyone who writes a positive review is a friend or hasn't lived here in 10 plus years. Just ask the tennant's who are stuck here. Tony preys on people that are low income and thinks they are low intelligent so he can manipulate them into thinking they can't afford to move to a nicer place! By the way, has anyone noticed that the positive posts state that the person posting the review is a "local guide"?? Update 10-17-2022. Water tested for e-coli. Tennants left without water for several days. Update: 12-28-22. Since late October water has tested positive for e-coli. Tennants are still boiling water because owner refuses to comply and fix the problem. Water heater quit in restrooms so no hot showers. This is just a few of the mounting problems!!! Update- It is now May and everyone at Bear Mountain RV Park in Trail Oregon are still boiling water. The owner refusing to have a professional fix the problem. Put on your seatbelts everyone; it's going to be a rough ride. Now the (owners) are playing another sympathy card!!! I can't believe how gullible people are. Update 08/23-Owners aren't fixing the water issue. They are adding chemicals daily. County having them test water daily.
