I don't want to be rude, um, I have a family of five and I can't always do the best for them but prefer to keep them them Safe. Just don't. The place doesn't really know how to manage an RV Park not only this but this place is not exactly a dog safe area, the water in the creek has what's known as Blue algae, Which is Toxic for dogs. It's not blue to the eye but that's the name of it. The dog area is full of these odd spiky plants as well; From what I've gathered from the other residents it's just overall not a good place for a family or pet owner

to stay.

Love beaver creek.

It's ideal for my wife and i as we live in Roseburg and often work in the Rogue valley.

Nice clean park and no theft of anything in about one year.

If your looking for peace and tranquility Beaver Creek Rv park is your destination.

The owners and park hosts are very welcoming and it's like an extended family.

Quiet, comfortable, affordable, extremely clean & well maintained.

Neighbors that look out for each other and care about this little piece of heaven.

Relax and enjoy a shower in your coach or in one of several tidy facilities complete with toilets, sink, bench, large mirrors, power, and secure with lock code for safety. laundry facility with with large washers and dryers that are reasonably priced and you can leave your items and come back without a worry of theft.

Gazebo surrounded with white and pink flowers welcomes you for a cozy picnic.A great place to sip on your favorite beverage and visit with the people you love.

Take a stroll by a tree lined Creek while the shade from the leaves dances around you and cools the heat of summer. Take your pup to the gated dog park and relax in the green grass

Mostly long term residents. Has laundry when working. Bathrooms with showers, showers subject to mold. Road surfaces dusty in summer, muddy in winter. Spaces along oak trees subject to falling acorns on roofs, ground and occupants.

Lower pet area ground covered in sticker plants. Park management rude and unpredictible.

Considering the fact that I do live here... I can truly and wholeheartedly say it is by far a wonderful place to live. The owner and Sandy the park host really care about their tenants having a great and safe place to live. I like all my neighbors so far I have met. I feel truly blessed to be a part of this neighborhood.
