Stayed here for several months in a little cabin. Rent was pretty cheap, and they have showers and washers and dryers at the location. The pool got redone and it is great. Very quiet and peaceful. Would recommend going here.

This has been our home base for several years now. Bought our first rv in 2015. Found out about this place in 2016. Sold house and became full timers in 2018. Traveled some, but due to health issues, we've had to remain stationary. This rv park is right off of Hwy 75, just a hop, skip, and a jump from Atlanta. If you can withstand the highway noise of sirens and eighteen wheelers, this is a great place to call home for however long you need it. They just opened another section for big luxury rigs and overnighters. The staff and residents are very friendly and will go out of their way to help when needed. There has been some theft here, but that can happen anywhere. Atlanta Motor Speedway is just a few miles away. Many restaurants are close by, and it is near a hospital. It has a pool, showers, laundry facilities, and a nice office. It is also pet friendly. What more could you ask for?

My husband and I stayed for one month and one week. Literally every other day the water was shut off, and that's no fun at all when in the middle of a shower. They give no notice of shutting it off.

There are potholes all throughout the campground that the maintenence man randomly goes around and dumps a bag of asphalt in the holes. No spreading no nothing.

The slightest rain knocks out power.

After booking for a month and one week we need one additional day. They charged 60.00 for one night and 6.00 to run my card. Really 60.00 for one night....

Bathhouse needs updated and a good cleaning.

We were packing up to leave and our 16 year old dog was eating his breakfast outside when he stepped off the bank and went down the hill. Mind you he is deaf and blind with doggie dementia on his last days here on eath. Here comes the owner scolding my husband!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!!

Also... the noise and tons of sirens from the hwy is horrible and constant!!!!

Needed a place to stay over night in my 45' Prevost, They were very nice and was a decent place to stop, But do not come here if your in a Large Class A bus they put me in a spot that was nearly impossible to get into, tree branches hanging down damaged my Bus as well. Not a good experience. They were kind enough to refund the fee but $55 bucks wont do much for the thousands of dollars in paint work I need now.
