LOVE Moon Lake Resort! Great for families, enjoy wildlife up close, and just get away from all technology. The Resort management is amazing and the Lodge can take care of all your needs. Great place to run away and enjoy the outdoors.

Beautiful location. Small, but stretches between the mountainous terrain. The sand is soft and the location is kept very clean.

I loved camping at Moon Lake. I would for sure visit again and bring the paddle boards. I would also make sure to come more prepared for bug bits. The mosquitoes weren’t that bad in early August, but those biting buffalo gnats were vicious. Campground was excellent and facilities were well kept. The whole family loved the lodge. Beach access was also great but would recommend four wheel drive.

We love Moon Lake! We have been camping there for years and it is our favorite! The scenery is magical. The lake is fantastic, with great fishing! The lodge is a fun place to stop in for ice cream or get the few things you forgot. Definitely worth going!

I Always enjoy exploring around moon lake , there's allot of history there, allot of legends, paranormal activity has been talked about happening in this place. But aside from the myths and ghost stories, the past and the eagerness I have to learn about it... this place is beyond beautiful. The mystery of this lake makes it more intriguing, but it's peaceful. The fact that I go here once a week minimum, it surprises me each time I go how empty the beach is. It's not crowded and it's in the middle of nowhere, it's breath taking and there's so many different trails that go to different places
