Really enjoyed our stay here. Security and base staff we crossed paths with were professional and very friendly. Even with the water issue (reverse osmosis) this place is a hidden gem. Nothing fancy, level spacious sites, very quiet at night with awesome star gazing. Will definitely be back.

Pam who runs the office is very friendly and very professional. Sites are level. Very quiet campground except for the occasional airshow when F-35's are flying around. The security officers here are very professional but very friendly and helpful. My dog Hoss loves them!! Everytime I come through the entry point he is climbing across me to get to the officer. You know when your dog loves them they are good people

I'll be back!

Love this place! Not as fancy as the others but it's quiet, everyone is friendly! There is not a grocery store in town but there are a few restaurants, dollar plus seems to serve as the replacent for groceries. It has a good variety of staples and frozen foods, nothing outdated.

You have to drive to Avondale, about an hour away for your major stores. If you want distance, quiet and beautiful sunsets, this is a great place to be. Oh, except the jets that practice touch and goes a few hours a day. Alot less active than an active base. You can have UPS delivered to the inn here, Fed ex will deliver to your camp spot. Free laundry, full hook ups $12 a night! We will be back!
