Loved this campground! The owner was wonderful and advised us to make ourselves at home and we were very comfortable! Most trips we prefer a more natural camp ground to a KOA or crowded place with numerous amenities. We just want to show up, plug in the RV and relax out in nature. This is the place to go if that is what your looking for. They have the best tent sites also! Not a far drive to the White mountains and some other really cool local towns! We took our kids and our dogs and everyone had a wonderful time! We look forward to going back for years to come.

The place is very run down. Most sites have old permanent trailers. They need more room between our trailers

A star for its central location for exploring the Franconia Notch area and White Mountains, and a star for how friendly and helpful the owner is... And that's about it. There was trash in our fire ring when we arrived, the campground roads are rutted and full of potholes, the seasonal sites look about ready to be absorbed back into the earth (rundown campers and all), the "playground" is a Walmart special swing set, and the sites weren't maintained at all—we were 9.5" off-level in the front, had to navigate trees and large rocks, and the weeds were more than ankle-high. You get what you pay for ($35/night), but I expect basic cleanliness and a site that doesn't make me want to bust out the weedwacker. A real shame... The location can't be beat and camping among mature trees was lovely.

The staff at this campground are amazing and really make this place special! Everyone was friendly and helpful, from the manager Rob, to the other campers. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Great little campground! A bit loud if there are big groups, but it is a family style campground, so it a bit expected. Most tent sites look great. A little bit of trash left from previous users, but not a lot. A few sites are not quite level, but still able to throw down the tent. Toilets were good, but a large group next to them will make it run out quick. Be prepared ;)

Best customer service I’ve had at any campground though.
