Rode to top in rental Prius. Fun drive wife was white knuckled I loved it. Nice clean rest area at top. Known as the worst weather in the world. pic are cog railway. Heard it is a long trip for them recommend car trip. $45 for 1 and car $15 each additional. Kind of steep. But so is the climb.😃

Best place to watch fall foliage, a picture isn’t enough to describe the actual beauty of it. It’s absolutely breathtaking. To watch all of these scenic spots you just have to drive through the Kancamagus highway, there are tons of stops where you can park and enjoy the sights..

This is great place to visit with family or alone, particularly in October when leafs are changing colors. In summer, it was also good to enjoy green world but my preference is fall.

Bring cardigan or thin jacket with you even summer, it is little freezing after sunset.
