The first thing I need to say is how strongly I rely on Google reviews when choosing an RV park. So Blue Heron's rating of 4.7 spoke to me. Initially our one night stay was supposed to be simply to get from one place to another. But...life is what happens ...Hubby and I both started having health problems on our 5K trip and Blue Heron became part of a mad dash home. In steps Johnny. Not only did he back our reservation up a day, but he kept the site available if we needed an extra night. Additionally, I needed to get a prescription mailed to us overnight and after receiving it, he stayed late to be sure we got it when we arrived. From a customer care aspect, I couldn't give Johnny enough stars. He showed a kind spirit when we needed it the most. And the park...it's lovely. Though having many long term occupants, it's well maintained and as clean as a whistle. I look forward to staying here again under any circumstances, but hopefully good ones.
