RV pad was littered with all sorts of garbage. The clubhouse was decent enough, but the pool was padlocked and after realizing there was no one at the office to ask about it I called the office number and was told they were out of town and we were SOL. No discount was offered even though we picked this place for the amenities. Wifi was slow and went out frequently. Laundry facility was nice, but the dryers didn't do the trick and we had to run our load through twice. Sewer connection was all overgrown with shrubbery.

Pad was mostly level though.

Big rv spot , privately owned and nice maintenance services, works hard to make sure people are serviced and grounds kept up .

Cool rv park for the area especially compared to the others but the price is iffy especially when they shut the electricity on and off continuously throughout the day to save energy but dont tell anyone when you decide to book with them. You have to find out on your own, and it gets hot here. Trust me, I've looked on all of their papers and nothing talks about the electricity. Not to mention it could damage your things with it turning on and off. Please give a warning before hand, especially when booking. Other than that we haven't had any complaints, but that really sucks. If this is just a New Mexico thing, please let me know and I will take down this review.

Do not stay here. No staff present ever apparently. They will take your money and leave you hanging. I got lucky. Firstly I booked my site online and PAID reservation fee online. I arrived to an empty office so I looked at my reservation and saw a site number on it so I drove around to the site. When I arrived there was someone in the site. I figured I would just find a site and park in it but didn’t see one, the park was full. I drove back around to office and tried calling the 2 numbers listed on the wall in the office and no answer on either. A gentle man approached who was not a staff member and told me the office is rarely staffed and he knew where an empty spot was I could park in considering I had already paid my fees. It worked for the night with no issues but the park is very tight with overgrown trees over the roads. Listen to other reviews and just pass on this one.
